[Bug 502948] [NEW] Pidgin IRSSI Features plugins spams open conversations on New Years Day

The IRSSI Features plugin contains code to spam all open chat windows
with a "Happy New Year!" message if the client is running at midnight
January 1st.  One of the authors has confirmed this is intended as an
"easter egg": http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/11070
