This Bug affects me too.

sektor:~$ glxinfo|grep 'OpenGL renderer string'
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset GEM 20090712 2009Q2 RC3

sektor:~$ uname -a
Linux sektor 2.6.31-16-generic #53-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 8 04:02:15 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux

sektor:~$ apt-cache show nexuiz | grep Version
Version: 2.5.2-2build1

Driver seems to be 'i915' according too lshw.

My graphic card is an intel 4500 mobile (MHD).
