[Bug 503633] [NEW] XFCE panels have window borders

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xfce4-panel

As you can see on the screenshot, the XFCE panels have got window
borders. This is not the intended behaviour, they should behave like the
GNOME panels (no window borders).

I'm using a fully updated Ubuntu Lucid. Do not hesitate to ask for any
other information if needed.
