[Bug 503673] [NEW] something to do with updating python

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: python-poppler
when starting the computer, python asks for uptdating, and when said
updates start downlading th error message pops-up. I don't remember all
it said, but I belive it was something to do with different versions of
python.
