I've found an hid driver for an older version of Xorg. It's working on
Ubuntu 9.04 and older. This driver should be updated for the lastest
version, but I think it's author has stopped the development.

The calibration task is not very easy to do, but it's better than
nothing...

Hoping it will help you to include this driver (or a new version) in
next versions of Linux distributions based on Xorg.
