[Bug 503940] [NEW] OGV imports get truncated

Binary package hint: kino

1) Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic
2) Kino 1.3.3-1ubuntu2
3) Import ogv file edit as usual
4) Import ogv looks as though it's converting to dv but it freezes at a certain point as if it only imported half the clip.  Coincidentally only half of the clip is available for editing!  ie the video is trucated.

Notes:
I am using captures from gtk-recordmydesktop.  These ogv captures play perfectly in video players and in pitivi, but they are truncated in Kino (and Cinelerra).
