The DpkgTerminalLog shows this error message:

dpkg-deb: `/var/cache/apt/archives/clamtk_4.15-1_all.deb' is not a debian format
 archive
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/clamtk_4.15-1_all.deb (--unpack):
 subprocess dpkg-deb --control returned error exit status 

I would try

sudo rm -f /var/cache/apt/archives/clamtk_4.15-1_all.deb

and re-run

sudo apt-get update

and try again, see if the problem persists.
