[Bug 504991] [NEW] package flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.1.218+really9.0.260.0ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade:

Binary package hint: flashplugin-nonfree

1) currently (i believe 8.04)
2) I have no idea, since it's hung
 I received this error message while upgrading my xubuntu from 8.04 to 9.10.

the last thing that I can see on the distribution upgrade box (since
there's a black box cut out of it, is:

IOError: [Errno 9] Bad File descriptor

3) I'm expecting to upgrade my xubuntu from 8.04 to 9.10 using the
distribution upgrade dialog.
