[Bug 506435] [NEW] ia32-libs should install libGL* in /usr/lib32/mesa

Binary package hint: ia32-libs

Due to recent changes in mesa in Ubuntu Lucid (i.e. the new alternatives
system), libGL.so* and libGLU.so* should be installed in /usr/lib32/mesa
instead of /usr/lib32.

This will allow the 32 bit libraries from mesa to coexist with the ones
provided by the different nvidia drivers and the fglrx driver.
