This seems mostly fine (thus "pre"-acking for seeding), but I'd really
like us to understand how to run the tests, so that we can make use of
this in updates. If this requires external setup, this sounds like an
excellent case for https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-bugcontrol/qa-
regression-testing/master ?
