  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
- Ubuntu changes have been accepted upstream, namely the package
- depends on mono-devel and calls make with CC=csc
+ Ubuntu changes have been accepted upstream (see discussion below)
+ Sync from unstable since we just uploaded. It hasn't had time to migrate yet.
