thanks for reporting this bug.
This bug needs to be fixed in the glipper package itself, there is a file called data/Glipper.server.* which defines the name and description of this applet. Feel free to create a patch with better wording. Maybe you should also report this bug to the upstream developers of glipper, so they can make your proposal the default.
