[Bug 507045] [NEW] please merge apt-proxy from unstable

Binary package hint: apt-proxy

seems like Debian apt-proxy has been revived from the dead recently.
The old version was very buggy (and made me abandon apt-proxy).  I think
Ubuntu should try to merge (or even sync?) the version released by the
new Debian maintainers in December.
