[Bug 299783] Re: powerdns 2.9.21.2 fixes remote crash

I checked and this applies to Dapper, Hardy and Intrepid packages. As
far as I can tell, the fix between 2.9.21.1 and 2.9.21.2 is a really
simple one (removes to lines). See attached debdiff for Intrepid, please
take a look, I'll to the rest if everything is OK.
