[Bug 51063] Re: export to mp3 support missing (libmp3lame.so)

If you install the package "lame", then it automatically works with
Audacity. I think, instead of directing the user to some website, it
should just ask if you want to install the required package and do so.

As a quick, temporary fix, the button which now directs you to a
webpage, should just change the url to apt://lame.
