TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for +: 'NoneType' and 'unicode'

Happens when attempting to download metadata for certain tv shows from
thetvdb.com.  This particular one was an episode of Crusoe, Season 1,
Episode 8.  Have looked at the site and can't determine an error there.
