${shlibs:Depends} doens't make any sense for Arch: all packages (python-
keyring).

Someone needs to subscribe to the Ubuntu bugs in Launchpad.

Would it be possible to run the tests during build?

You might want to password = NULL to avoid this warning:
keyring/backends/kde_kwallet.cpp:15: warning: 'password' may be used uninitialized in this function
(code is however ok)
