[Bug 508089] Re: apt-file fails 'There was an error creating the child process for this terminal'

This is a packaging error. apt-file *suggests* menu (where 'su-to-root',
the cause of this error, is provided). debian/control should be changed
to a depends.

May need a Debian bug also (if not yet there).
