Hi Larent,
Thanks for getting back to me, it would seem that my system after installing
kernel 2.6.31-17 under karmic the usb issue has stopped but I still get
random reboots I'm not too sure I think this is as a result of X I use the
ati drivers with a Radeon 9600 graphics card.
