[Bug 510128] [NEW] need to rebuild when a new kernel version is installed

Public bug reported:

Right now, whenever a new kernel is released (and installed via aptitude
safe-upgrade) I have to rebuild tp-smapi.

Could it use dkms to trigger an automatic rebuild as happens with the
VMware and nVidia kernel modules?
