[Bug 510714] [NEW] Sqlitebrowser crashes when importing SQL dump to empty database

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: sqlitebrowser

When importing an SQL dump, SQLiteBrowser asked whether to import it
into a new database file or into the one that is currently open. If no
database was opened before importing and the suer chooses to import it
anyway, SQLiteBrowser crashes.
