[Bug 510883] [NEW] FTBFS on Lucid

Public bug reported:

gst-plugins-bad0.10 fails to build on Lucid without the following extra
build-deps:

libpulse-dev
libcaca-dev

It is the SDL plugins which are failing. It is possible that these deps
are not actually missing from gst-plugins-*, but missing from some *sdl-
dev package.

Just thought I'd report this here and note which extra packages got it
building for me.
