[Bug 511008] [NEW] the windows previews in interface tab are not well displayed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: emesene

in the preferences window, in the interface tab the windows previews are
not well displayed not enough contrast between the part to modify and
the rest and there is some parts we can edit but there is no way to see
it without draging the mouse over it.

I think an black 1px outline should be better and the contrast of the 2
colors more different.
