[Bug 447763] Re: gnome-gmail-notifier unable to check mail when started automatically

It seems that libsoup has cached "no such host" result for the target
site. The first look-up failed before the network connection(wireless)
initialized.

Use the latest version of libsoup(>=2.4.1-16.1) to fix it?
