[Bug 511347] [NEW] set up script copies files to site-packages folder even under Python 2.6

Binary package hint: openerp-server

When installing the package from source by running the setup.py script,
it copies some of the files to the /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-
packages folder.

I want it to copy all the files to the /usr/local/lib/python2.6/dist-
packages folder, because python2.6 uses that folder instead of site-
packages.
