This is odd, it looks like a problem with sourceforge redirecting
system.

Could you please open a terminal and run:
wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe

If the last line doesn't end with
 `andale32.exe' saved [198384/198384] 
then attach the file andale32.exe you will get. Thanks.
