[Bug 511928] [NEW] After installation grabcd-rip won't run, complains about missing /etc/grabcd.conf

Public bug reported:

I installed grabcd-rip, but when trying to run it from the console I
received this message, "ERROR: configuration file </etc/grabcd.conf>
does not exist."

Same applies to grabcd-encode, but there's no way to report a bug
against two packages simultaneously.
