[Bug 511981] [NEW] openvas-adduser script requires gettext

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openvas-server

openvas-adduser script requires gettext to be installed but this
dependency was not declared. Without getext the openvas-sadduser script
echos debugs to the console and must be killed. After install of gettext
the script works as expected prompting for username, auth type and so
on.

This is on karmic server, amd64 (on slicehost, so Xen).

Please let me know if I can provide any more details.
