[Bug 121315] Re: Please upgrade to qtstalker 0.36

Nothing seems to happen on the Debian side of things - whilst being no
expert at Debian packages I did not find any updated Debian packages
using a more up to date qtstalker. Whilst I understand the desire to
wait for Debian, it would be nice if this could be progressed please as
it doesn't seem anything is happening on the Debian side.
