[Bug 512428] [NEW] kernel and initrd missing from squashfs in imx51 image

I was trying to install from the 20100125 image for imx51-armel, and ubiquity silently failed towards the end on the flash-kernel step.  Looks like flash-kernel is not finding the initrd or kernel in / or /boot.  mounting the squashfs, or looking at it from the image, you can see:

The symlinks are there, but not the files.
