[Bug 512471] [NEW] lazarus-ide nolonger installs missing package fpc-abi-2.2.4

Binary package hint: lazarus-ide

yep I lazarus was pulled during dist upgrade and I can not reinstall as
lazarus-ide wont install due to the fact it cannot install  fpc-
abi-2.2.4 and that wont install because it's not there please fix

1).  username at host:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description:	Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
Release:	10.04

2). username at host:~$ apt-cache policy lazarus lazarus-ide
lazarus:
  Installed: (none)

  Version table:

lazarus-ide:

3). I expected to be able to install the lazarus package 
4). it bailed beacuse it could not install lazarus-ide so I tried to install lazarus-ide 
that failed for want of fpc-abi-2.2.4 which when I looked for it didn't exist
