Please sync llvm-gcc-4.2 2.6-3 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
General reason of current Ubuntu's package is upstream version 2.6 for fix FTBFS. New upstream release has been included in Debian, so it can be synced.

  * Build on i386/amd64 only.
