Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Debian has added libdbd-xbase-perl as depends. So can be synced

Changelog since current lucid version 1:3.42-1ubuntu1:

cstocs (1:3.42-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
      - add libdbd-xbase-perl for dbfcstocs (closes: #560958)
      - Standards-Version: 3.8.3
      - move debhelper from Build-Depends-Indep to Build-Depens (lintian)
  * Also fixes LP: #173442, thanks to David Menestrina
  * debian/compat: use version 7
  * Source format: 3.0 (quilt)
