[Bug 512963] [NEW] opencascade draw library installation

Public bug reported:

for karmic:
opencascade-draw.... package creates directory /usr/lib/opencas and installs 6 shared objects inside. These shared objects can't be found to load by executables referencing them. Possible solutions?

1) install the shared objects inside /usr/lib and forget the /usr/lib/opencas directory.
2) create symbolic links inside /usr/lib to the files in /usr/lib/opencas.
3) add /usr/lib/opencas to LD_LIBRARY_PATH  environment variable.
