[Bug 503549] Re: octave3.2 package doesn't include documentation

The documentation is split into its own package as it is taking up a
large amount of space compared to program itself; and it is intended
that the documentation is not installed by default but can rather be
installed if needed. It is available by installing octave3.2-info which
is listed under "suggests" for octave3.2.
