[Bug 513705] [NEW] no icon apears to run after installation

Binary package hint: php-versioncontrol-svn

I had installed php-versioncontrol-svn version 0.3.1-1 from sunaptic package manager on my ubuntu server 9.10.
But there in no icon in menu and I can't run if from my Web Browsers by typing http:localhost/.../SVN.php.
It looks as if it's a bug.
