Dear Sirs,
can you please help? I am not a software engineer, most of this source code/ software stuff completely baffles me! 
I cannot find my password, tried suggested remedy in Forum but couldn't get it to work. Need password to download Adobi Flash player, upgrades, change to Ubuntu 9.04. Too many problems with this 9.10. My curser dissapears when I write this, Just did this, when I managed to restart, of course e-mail gone!
If I can't solve this I will have to go back to Windows. Pity, I hate Microsoft!
Please help.
