Please sync php-versioncontrol-svn 0.3.3-2 (universe) from Debian
unstable (main)

You may notice that in Debian there is an RC bug filled for php-
versioncontrol-svn preventing it from getting into testing. That's
because php-versioncontrol-svn is prerequisite for other software which
is not yet uploaded to Debian.

However, you may consider updating php-versioncontrol-svn in Ubuntu to
latest available release.
