Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pavucontrol

On Kubuntu Karmic without GNOME packages installed, the pavucontrol
package does not seem to bring in whatever package contains the icons
for "Lock channels" and "Fallback", with the result that the buttons
show only a "missing icon" question mark.
