'apt-get update' does not change any of mtime/ctime/atime of
/var/lib/apt/lists/lock anymore. We need to find something else
indicating a successful run.

I ran about 10 times apt-get update to found out what is happening, "'apt-get update' does not change any of mtime/ctime/atime of
/var/lib/apt/lists/lock". So we have to found another method to get the apt* last update, or delete the string of the package that check-it.
