[Bug 514343] Re: 'apt-get update' doesn't touch /var/lib/apt/lists/lock anymore

Making the previous comment I realized the solution to the problem and
corrected them immediately. Now uses /var/log/apt/term.log, although I'm
sure that aptitude uses another log file but i dosent found out how to
make that check the last file date. I'll try to investigate further.
