Binary package hint: lxc

In general, although I understand LXC is new and in development, there
is a lack of quality documentation on the Ubuntu wiki on how to
configure and use LXC.

There are people willing to assist with documentation, see this thread

I will contribute what I can, but I am just starting to learn lxc so I
apologize in advance for any errors.

Please understand the necessity for quality documentation.
