[Bug 514538] [NEW] No bibliography sorting, when using utf-8

"\printbibliography" should generate an alphabetically sorted
bibliography from a UTF-8 bib.file. Instead, "\printbibliography"
generates a bibliography in the order of appearance in the text.
Changing sorting options in the preamble does not help.

Proposed solution: Package "biber" (http://biblatex-
biber.sourceforge.net/index.html), a fully UTF-8-capable replacement for
bibtex. Temporary workaround: Follow the instructions here:
