[Bug 364657] Re: trang fails to run properly

I'm seeing something that appears essentially the
same in 9.04 with an xml to dtd conversion.  If I were
using java directly with jars, I would expect to see this
with an incorrect classpath specification.

Moreover, no source for ubuntu's binary package
"trang" seems to be available.
