[Bug 910420] [NEW] [reverse-build-depends] Vanished

Public bug reported:

The reverse-build-depends script has vanished from precise.  I did
finally figure out that reverse-depends -b would do the same thing, but
that's not particularly discoverable.  Please provide a reverse-build-
depends stub that calls reverse-depends -b (it can also print out an
informative note telling people to use the new script).
