[Bug 811399] [NEW] please provide "pull-mentors-source"

It would be nice to be able to pull source packages from
mentors.debian.net similarly to what is provided by pull-revu-source.  I
think this might be an extension of pull-debian-source (as "pull-debian-
source conky mentors") or as its own script.  Thank you for your
consideration.
