[Bug 1078920] [NEW] pbuilder-dist: should steal missing features from pbuilder-scripts

Public bug reported:

Currently pbuilder-scripts has these features that are missing from pbuilder-dist:
* easy inclusions of additional repositories into chroot
* easy way to build source packages / pull sources using the custom sources from inside the 
* autorun update (and dist-upgrade?!) sbuild style
