[Bug 1061043] [NEW] [ requestbackport ] Support backporting from Debian for pre-release backports

Now that we can backport packages pre-release, it would be great if
requestbackport would allow Debian as the source for a backport.

$ requestbackport -d quantal -s unstable exaile
requestbackport: Error: Source release unstable does not exist
