[Bug 2122664] [NEW] glib2.0 1.86.0 will break cinnamon

Public bug reported:

glib 1.86.0 that is required by gnome shell 49 will break cinnamon
because it's using a deprecated Gio API, so we need to backport the
upstream-proposed fixes to that:
https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/pull/13091

And less importantly (but nice to have)
https://github.com/linuxmint/cjs/pull/131 not to break extensions.
