Release and packaging branches

To assist those who like to use revision control for packaging, I've
created a "release" branch:

  lp:~upstart-devel/upstart/release

This contains a copy of the upstart-0.6.0 tarball, with a history that
includes both the upstart trunk and libnih trunk.

I'll keep this up-to-date with new tarballs as they are released.

This is intended to be branched off to make packaging branches for your
distributions, adding your own packaging meta-data. Since it shares
history with both, you can cherry-pick and merge changes from either
upstart trunk or libnih trunk with ease.

I've done this for the Ubuntu package:

  lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/upstart/ubuntu

Michael: you may or may not want to branch the Debian package from that?
